Product Availability:
We carry a very extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of vendor shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items featured on our website at all times. If an item is not in stock you will be so advised and will be asked if we should put it on backorder for automatic shipment when received.

Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice. If an item ordered is not available at the Web posted price, we will notify you of the correct price before shipping.

Sales Tax:
New Jersey residents are subject to 7% sales tax.

Shipping:
We offer Free Ground UPS Shipping on all orders of $75 and more (continental USA only-other destinations are subject to additional costs). On orders under $75 we charge $4.75. Rush deliveries are available. UPS 2nd Day ($15) and UPS Next Day ($25). Please call us if you'd like to get rush delivery or send your package to a destination outside of the continental USA. UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. All shipments will be processed during our Store Hours.

Return Policy:
At jewelry-studio.com we do everything we can to offer you beautiful, original, fine jewelry. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 14 days from date of purchase. If you received a gift and you know it was purchased at jewelry-studio.com, it may be exchanged only. The refund may only be issued to the purchaser.
To make a return you will need a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please call us at (609) 967-4653 during our working hours to obtain a return authorization number. The RA# must be outside of the package you are returning, so we can see it, or the package will be refused.
The item must be returned in its original condition along with all documents and sales receipt that accompanied it when it was shipped to you. Any items that show signs of wear, have been altered, damaged, engraved, or resized will not be accepted for return.
In case of refund, you will receive the full amount of your purchase less any shipping and insurance costs. We will, however, refund shipping, handling and insurance costs in case of an error on our part. All special order item sales are final.
Please insure your package for the full value and get a return receipt or other tracking number. Jewelry-studio.com cannot be responsible for packages lost on transit.
